Elizabeth Crofton was born in Brooklyn and is a first generation American. With her mother from the Philippines and her father from England, she is a mix of both race and culture.

Elizabeth's interests are as diverse as her background. She is a pilot-in-training and flies Cessna 150 & 172. Her goal is to get her pilot license by the time she's 17. She loves art and painting. Also, she started baking with her Dad when she was 4, and is now an accomplished baker making macarons, cakes and cookies.

In addition, she's been fundraising for Eagle Flight Squadron and Womankind Worldwide as she believes empowerment for women is critical to the success, growth and development of society. Currently living in New Jersey, she is only a short commute from New York City.
